The G15-CF / G15-CC series piped discharge safety valve can be made in stainless steel, or a mix of brass and SS316L, and is available with flanged connections ANSI 1/2”, 3/4", 1” or DIN/ UNI DN15, DN20, DN25. The G15-CF / G15-CC piped safety valve has been designed to ensure maximum reliability and compliance with international standards.

This safety valve can be supplied with the main certifications recognized globally, including:

Configurations

The G15-CF series includes four different available configurations:

  • G15-CF - Version with non-gas-tight ring nut/ rotalift. Recommended for non-hazardous fluids.
  • G15/L-CF - Version with non-gas-tight lever. Recommended for steam and non-hazardous fluids.
  • G15/S-CF - Simple closed version without testing devices. Recommended for hazardous fluids and liquids.
  • G15/P-CF - Version with pneumatic testing actuator. Available only for stainless steel valves with a pressure setting up to 8 bar.

The G15-CC series includes four different available configurations:

  • G15-CC - Version with non-gas-tight ring nut/ rotalift. Recommended for non-hazardous fluids.
  • G15/L-CC - Version with non-gas-tight lever. Recommended for steam and non-hazardous fluids.
  • G15/S-CC - Simple closed version without testing devices. Recommended for hazardous fluids and liquids.
  • G15/P-CC - Version with pneumatic testing actuator. Available only for stainless steel valves with a pressure setting up to 8 bar.

Flange "CF" - "CC"

The designation "CF" indicates that the valve has a loose collar flange on the inlet and a fixed flange on the outlet.

The designation "CC" indicates that the valve has a loose collar flange on both the inlet and the outlet.

Our flanged valves with loose collar flanges simplify installation by allowing the valve to be oriented without moving the body. This ensures precise alignment with the piping, reducing assembly time and difficulty.
