Code of ethics

Nuova General Instruments, through the Code of Ethics, formalizes and publishes its ethical and legal responsibility with principles that apply to employees, collaborators and corporate management.

The Code of Ethics is intended as an integral part of the "Model of Management and Organization" implemented by the Company according to Legislative Decree no. 231 and expresses all of the Company's rights, duties and responsibilities vis-à-vis Stakeholders (Employees, Suppliers, Customers, Shareholders, Consultants, Financial Markets, etc.) in order to secure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and business activities.
